Terms & Conditions

Registration and Fees

Registration for group classes does not include any registration fees. Payment for the session must be made in full at the time of registration. A receipt will be provided upon request. Session fees must be paid by check or cash. The full amount of the session must be paid before the start of the class. In the event of cancellation, fees will apply: each class taken will be billed at the unit rate of $25 and 10% of the balance of the amount due will be retained.

Absences and Reimbursements

No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows. If you miss a session, you are advised to contact the studio for information on no-show or class replacement policies. In the event of cancellation, a refund will be applied in accordance with the provisions of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the laws in force in Canada. Fees for missed classes will remain due, and there will be no price adjustments for unforeseen absences.
